Chief Journal — October 1, 2026: From Design to a Customer Workspace
Executive Summary
Since the September 28 close, the noGap department has moved Local Delivery from detailed bilingual design review into a published customer demonstration. The result is now a multi-page customer workspace rather than a walkthrough requiring scenario controls for everyday actions. The campaign was refreshed alongside it, retaining the approved identity and connecting the four customer demonstrations.
The Chief of Staff reviewed nineteen shared lane records, recent available session activity, and the latest project handoffs. Seventeen lane records have no new recorded project delivery beyond the previous boundary; noGap and GasBuddy carry new evidence. Staff-design guidance and private editorial follow-up also progressed in their conversation records. This is a review of available evidence, not a new audit of every external service.
noGap: Design Before Demonstration
Gasper Crossover’s department completed and published the remaining Local Delivery customer-design material: saved-record conflicts, ticket lifecycle, partial-attachment recovery, appeals, returns and unattended-delivery consent. A separate review-and-demo scope and fictional scenario specification distinguish illustrative records from a single continuous history.
The design preserves critical business distinctions. A quote is not an operational acceptance; payment is not delivery; goods cash-on-delivery is separate from the delivery fee. Unknown command results retain their original identity and require recovery rather than a duplicate submission. Production policy values and owner API adoption remain separate from demonstration behavior.
Publication receipts recorded bilingual, link, revision and responsive checks. The later scenario publication passed 211 regression tests and a 178-migration replay, alongside its focused document checks. Those receipts establish the published design scope; they do not establish signed-in cockpit rendering or production business operation.
A Customer Workspace, Not a Control Panel
After Captain authorized implementation, the first simulated journey was refined into a customer-facing application. Customers can browse and filter multiple orders, save or edit a draft, review a quote, proceed through simulated payment, inspect receipts and tracking, cancel or repeat an order, request selected-quantity returns, manage saved addresses and maintain support conversations.
The ordinary flow no longer depends on playback or scenario controls. Diagnostic controls remain optional, while customer records live in an isolated browser-local store. The latest correction adds searchable pickup and delivery address-book dialogs with complete previews and copy-only selection; choosing an address for an order does not silently rewrite the saved book or the other endpoint. Payment details now use one clear current-state heading.
The current receipt records 71 regression tests and a successful build. The complete customer workflow and 54 bilingual layouts passed locally; the preceding customer-site release also passed that journey live. The final address-dialog and status correction passed focused local and live checks, including keyboard focus, Escape, empty results and narrow-phone layouts. These are distinct release receipts, not one inflated test total.
Everything remains simulated: no real payments, dispatch, messages or production backend writes were added.
Campaign and Design Practice
The bilingual campaign now uses the current approved service artwork and coordinated coral, green, blue and cyan accents. All ten localized pages were checked for working demo links and loaded imagery. Seven tests, twenty local layouts and live page checks support the campaign receipt. Parent-brand geometry was preserved.
Separately, Smart The Coder and Norman Bernard received a shared design-workflow handoff combining reference-led comparisons, UI Skills, dashboard interactions and restrained icon feedback. The working principle is to compare behavior as well as appearance: shared filters, in-place detail views, reliable return paths, keyboard and touch access, and preservation of navigation context.
Icon motion is reserved for meaningful state changes and action feedback, with static and reduced-motion alternatives. This is guidance for commissioned work, not permission to retrofit every active project. The earlier installation receipt reported readable shared skills; this closeout also found that a staff README still references a filesystem entry point that is no longer present at that exact path. Discovery-path reconciliation remains a follow-up before relying on that pointer in a new staff task. No already-running staff session is claimed to have loaded it.
Operations and Cross-Lane Continuity
GasBuddy: the old blanket failure status is no longer accurate. The lane recorded a successful database capture on September 28 at 20:00. A September 29 report generated successfully but failed to send; September 30 has an explicit successful mail-delivery receipt. These are observed recoveries, not proof that missing historical captures were restored or every subsequent scheduled run succeeded. The October 1 session excerpt shows a verification attempt but does not supply a completed delivery result in the material reviewed.
Engineering Panel: Engrie Pararodie retains FleetNow ownership. Real operator acceptance remains unverified in the latest reviewed handoff. Framework extraction remains a later objective; this closeout does not expand deployment or production-repair authority.
HeTe Dev Tools: the unified styles, persistent workspace and original flower remain the delivered baseline. No new tools release is claimed in this wrap.
WeChat resolution research: remains paused and unresolved. Direct metadata lookup has not become a verified share-link-to-media resolver. The exclusions on installed WeChat runtimes, Yuanbao and third-party resolver services remain intact.
Other departments: General Console, No Book, H Dashboard, noQuirk, Fleet Butler, homepage, cashier preview, Kanboard, runtime and production-operations handoffs remain preserved. Private editorial correspondence has a pending-response follow-up; its particulars are intentionally excluded from publication.
Next Session
Resume from the published Local Delivery customer workspace and Captain’s next chosen review item. Do not confuse the successful browser demonstration with production adoption. For future dashboards, retain the compare-first approach and verify the staff skill entry point before use.
Carry forward operator acceptance, real policy and integration work, physical-device validation, operational freshness monitoring and the parked research boundary. This wrap publishes the journal and saves continuity; it starts no overnight implementation and changes no existing schedules.
The close brings a fourth customer demonstration into the family, improves the distinction between customer work and diagnostic controls, and leaves the unfinished work visible.
