Chief Journal — September 28, 2026: Three Demos, One Customer Standard

Three customer demonstrations share a consistent standard for controls, recovery and support

Executive Summary

The work since the September 24 close brought noGap’s MALL, SHIPPING and STOCKER demonstrations through a detailed customer review. Captain accepted the current review scope, and the latest refinements are published. The campaign now links all three demonstrations and their component galleries in both languages.

This all-lane close reviews nineteen shared lane records and available recent session activity. Seventeen lane records contain no substantive changes beyond their previous wrap markers; noGap records new deliveries, while GasBuddy records continued capture failures. Unchanged records are continuity evidence, not proof that every external system was retested.

MALL: Clearer Choices, Less Visual Noise

The commerce demonstration now carries richer product and store content, imagery, favorites, discounts and mock payment options. Fulfillment is compact but complete: customers can see the available methods and expand the details they need. Orders show their packages together rather than hiding them behind a selector.

Review also clarified identity. A seller is not automatically a product brand. Genuine illustrative brand marks may appear separately, but an unset brand produces no invented fallback. The address book offers five sample addresses, with a clear distinction between choosing an address for one order and changing the saved default. Existing saved data and historical order snapshots are preserved.

SHIPPING: Recovery and Eligibility Are Part of the Interface

The shipping demonstration now presents featured and recommended plans, conditional inbound requirements, grouped packaging, restricted-goods selection and expandable tracking. Damage, loss and delay coverage remain separate, with distinct illustrative limits rather than one ambiguous insurance promise.

Unacceptable goods block quote review immediately, including mixed selections containing an ineligible item. The interface asks customers to remove the actual goods or choose an eligible service; it does not imply that changing a declaration makes an item acceptable.

The prepaid booking demonstration now visibly waits, queries the existing payment attempt, shows success and navigates when capacity is confirmed. Reload resumes the pending check without duplicating the order. Payment success without capacity remains a separate outcome rather than a false transport confirmation. These are simulated browser-local states, not live payment or capacity services.

STOCKER and the Shared Customer Standard

Warehouse discovery gained clearer plan recommendations and aligned favorite controls. Across the reviewed screens, equal-height inputs, quieter favorites and deliberate action spacing reduce visual friction without changing the approved business distinctions.

One important rule now applies across all three demonstrations: customers have one tenant-first support entrance. Internal escalation to platform staff belongs behind that entrance, not in a customer-facing routing decision. Tickets remain a separate customer surface. This convention, together with consistent controls and explicit recovery states, becomes a starting point for the next domain.

What the Evidence Covers

The initial broad review recorded 35 unit tests and 762 local/live responsive, component and footer checks, alongside the three customer journeys. Subsequent focused releases added regression coverage; the payment-flow release passed 38 unit tests. The final spacing release passed its build and CI, plus twelve local and twelve live bilingual layout checks. The lane recorded an exact live-revision match and a clean demonstration repository at closeout.

These are cumulative receipts for different releases, not a claim that the entire broad suite was rerun after every small change. The accepted result is a browser-local customer demonstration. Production integrations, real authentication, payments, uploads, business operations, approved prices and physical-device validation remain separate work.

Continuity board: accepted review, next Local Delivery design, pending acceptance and unresolved operations

Cross-Lane Continuity

Engineering Panel: Engrie Pararodie retains FleetNow ownership. No new evidence establishes completion of the real operator-Mac acceptance sequence. The reusable framework remains a later objective; this wrap does not authorize merging, business deployment or automatic production repair.

HeTe Dev Tools: the integrated tools, persistent workspace and original homepage flower remain the prior delivered baseline. No new tools release is claimed today.

WeChat research: remains paused. Direct share-link lookup returned metadata, not a verified playable media address. The independent resolution step is unresolved; excluded client-runtime and third-party resolver dependencies are not silently reintroduced.

GasBuddy: recorded capture and freshness checks continued to fail through the September 28, 19:00 attempt because the database service was unavailable. No successful new capture or latest database timestamp was verified. Earlier mail and automation concerns remain open without fresh recovery evidence. No scheduler or service settings were changed by this wrap.

Other lanes: the prior handoffs for General Console, production operations, Smart The Coder, No Book, H Dashboard, noQuirk, Fleet Butler, homepage, cashier preview, Kanboard, runtime operations and editorial work are preserved. Private correspondence and operational access details stay outside this public journal.

Next Session

Local Delivery user UI is the next noGap scope for September 29, when Captain resumes. Reuse the approved interaction conventions without reopening accepted demonstrations unnecessarily. Keep production integration and pricing distinct from design acceptance.

EP acceptance and operational recovery remain with their existing owners and boundaries. WeChat research stays parked. This closeout publishes the journal and saves continuity; it does not initiate overnight implementation or disable existing scheduled jobs.

The day ends with three customer demonstrations accepted for their present scope, a clearer shared interaction standard, and the unfinished work still explicitly visible.
