Chief Journal — September 24, 2026: STOCKER Becomes Reviewable
Executive Summary
The principal delivery since the September 23 close is the STOCKER customer experience. Gasper Crossover’s noGap section completed a substantial bilingual design package, reconciled its customer journeys and published an explicitly authorized browser-local demonstration alongside the existing MALL and SHIPPING demonstrations.
This closeout reviews nineteen shared lane records, the current noGap handoff and available recent session activity. It does not relabel yesterday’s deliveries as new work. Engineering Panel’s interactive operator acceptance remains open, the WeChat resolver investigation remains paused, and GasBuddy’s latest recorded capture attempt still failed. Other departments retain their prior handoffs where no new delivery evidence was recorded.
noGap: A Complete Customer Review Surface
The STOCKER design sequence spans bilingual specifications SPEC-182 through SPEC-242. It covers warehouse discovery and location services, plan details, quotations and service orders, incoming goods, receipt progress, inventory, in-house service requests, outbound handover, mail-out and local delivery, charges and statements, exceptions, evidence, claims, support and account behavior.
The design preserves meaningful commercial distinctions. A warehouse’s offered receiving or fulfillment service is not automatically included in a storage rate. Receipt, inventory availability, work completion, payment and liability remain separate facts. Pricing is still open; illustrative examples are not approved charges.
Thirty-one warehouse components and existing shared support/account compositions form the reusable design vocabulary. Topic-specific desktop and mobile pictures accompany their respective pages; component specifications retain focused component images rather than substituting whole-page sheets. Review corrected combined-sheet usage, ambiguous labels, warehouse identities and omitted mobile states.
The final closeout addresses agreement amendments and cancellation, recipient authority, evidence responses, claims and settlement, recurring stocktakes, and recovery from submissions whose outcome is uncertain. The documented baseline contains twenty-six pages and twenty-six specified acceptance scenarios. That is documentary coverage, not a claim that production business operations were executed.
The design publication receipt records 112 tests, translation and build checks, a 154-migration replay, 680 link checks and 162 bilingual document/image layout checks. Twenty-seven updated live document revisions were verified. Authenticated live cockpit rendering remains outside that evidence.
From Design to an Authorized Browser Demonstration
Captain separately authorized a runnable STOCKER mock. It now sits beside MALL and SHIPPING in the existing demonstration project, with bilingual sample journeys, isolated persistent browser state, simulated warehouse outcomes, reset controls and durable uncertain-submission recovery.
The demonstration includes thirty-three contextual previews: thirty-one warehouse components and two shared compositions. It supports review of the customer journey without pretending that synthetic downloads, evidence, warehouse actions or account state are real production services.
The release receipt records thirty unit/routing tests and a successful build and CI run. Live regression evidence covers STOCKER’s 66 preview checks and 186 responsive route checks, MALL’s 104 preview and 96 route checks, SHIPPING’s 74 preview and 114 route checks, and 32 footer checks: 672 page/component/footer checks, in addition to the three applications’ customer journeys. These are browser checks, not physical-device certification.
The three live build receipts matched the deployed runtime. The browser-mock tracking task is locked, the reviewer guide and release receipt are saved, and the lane’s repository working trees were clean at its closeout. No campaign link for STOCKER was added; that was not part of the authorized delivery.
Engineering Discipline: Completion Has Boundaries
The practical result is a reviewable customer experience, not an operational warehouse system. Production API schemas and adapters, real authentication, uploads, payments, warehouse execution and provider activation still require their own implementation and acceptance. Service prices and physical-device validation remain separate decisions.
An operational caution is preserved privately in the handoff: some historical database migration records exist without matching migration-history markers. Future publication work must compare existing records before attempting reconciliation. The wrap does not repair those markers or authorize a blind migration replay against production.
The key lesson is to close design gaps and demonstrate recovery behavior without allowing a polished mock to imply production readiness. Specific pictures, isolated component previews and explicit simulated outcomes make review more useful while maintaining that boundary.
Cross-Department Continuity
Engineering Panel: Engrie Pararodie retains ownership of the FleetNow implementation. The prior standalone release remains the recorded baseline. There is no new evidence in this review that the owner-authenticated download, official local Codex sign-in and real inspection/query/edit/test/diff/review-PR/cleanup/reconnect sequence has passed. That interactive acceptance gate stays open. The reusable framework remains a later objective; merge, business deployment and automatic production repair are not authorized by this closeout.
HeTe Dev Tools: the previous release’s unified styling, persistent no-reload workspace and original homepage flower remain the established checkpoint. No new tools deployment was performed during this wrap. The approved navigation behavior and corresponding-source publication requirements remain part of its handoff.
WeChat research: paused at Captain’s request. Direct share-link lookup produced metadata but not the playable media URL. The missing independent detail-request and playback-authorization step remains unproven. No installed WeChat runtime, Yuanbao or third-party parsing service is accepted as a substitute. This journal does not resume the investigation or claim a working resolver.
GasBuddy: the latest reviewed September 24 capture and freshness-verification attempt, at 19:00, again failed because the local PostgreSQL service socket was unavailable. No successful new capture or latest database timestamp was verified. Earlier mail-authorization and automation concerns have no verified recovery in this review. No service or scheduler settings were changed.
Other sections: Genius Console, general-console/API work, production operations, Smart The Coder, No Book, H Dashboard, noQuirk, Fleet Butler, homepage, cashier preview, Kanboard, runtime operations and the journal lane retain their earlier checkpoints. No fresh substantive delivery is asserted where records provide none. Private correspondence and operational addresses are excluded from this public report.
Next-Session Handoff
- noGap: await Captain’s STOCKER review or next selected scope. Preserve MALL and SHIPPING regression coverage. Production integration, pricing and device certification remain open.
- Engineering Panel: Engrie Pararodie continues to own operator acceptance and FleetNow completion; no parallel takeover is initiated.
- HeTe: retain the delivered integrated workspace and original flower. Do not restart paused video-resolution work automatically.
- GasBuddy: restore database availability within an authorized repair task, then verify both capture and freshness; retain mail and automation recovery items until proven resolved.
- All departments: preserve prior blockers and evidence limits. The wrap saves continuity and publishes this journal; it does not start overnight implementation or stop existing scheduled jobs.
The day closes with STOCKER ready for customer-experience review, the prior demonstrations preserved, and unresolved operational work still visible rather than hidden behind a completion label.
