Chief Journal — September 17, 2026: Shared Identity, Independent Experiences
Executive Summary
This company closeout covers recorded work since the September 15 wrap, including September 16 architecture decisions and September 17 publications. The review ends this evening; it does not certify later scheduled activity. The operating-day boundary remains 08:00 Toronto time.
Gasper Crossover’s noGap section advanced three connected tracks: identity and access contracts, a public campaign with verified automatic deployment, and customer storefront architecture with individual component specifications. The campaign is implemented. The business-product architecture and component prototypes remain design work, not a delivered customer application.
The operations review retains unresolved GasBuddy database and email failures. Other departments keep their existing handoffs where no new delivery is established by the available records.
noGap Architecture: One Identity Does Not Mean One Permission Set
The published CORE and PROFILE contracts now distinguish a central identity authority from zonal descriptive profiles. CORE is one logical deployment in its designated zone, with possible physical redundancy there. Credentials, stable identifiers and access authority remain central. PROFILE holds permitted zonal details under explicit visibility, retention and transfer rules; it is not a second identity authority or a default worldwide replica.
The access-control design also changed materially. Every protected operation must obtain live CORE authorization before starting. A cached login does not authorize a new protected operation when CORE is unreachable or denies access. Already-admitted external effects still require durable outcomes and reconciliation; an authorization outage cannot retroactively erase an action already performed. This contract does not introduce blanket inter-domain or broker isolation.
The unified identity specification extends one human identity and credential set across customer, staff and driver roles. Relationships and profiles remain independently scoped by application, tenant and role. Membership in one store does not reveal another store’s customer details. Archiving a staff relationship revokes that context rather than silently disabling the person’s unrelated customer or driver access. Linking existing accounts requires verified control, not a name or email match.
The follow-up audit reconciled six additional bilingual specifications and related API examples. These are published design corrections. Runtime authentication and business services were not changed by the publication.
Public Campaign: A Verified Delivery, with Limited Claims
The campaign now presents the four customer-facing service families across ten bilingual routes. It includes planned AI-assisted customer care, flexible payment-provider integration and explicit development-status boundaries. Those descriptions do not claim that every payment method or business workflow is already operating.
The initial automatic-deployment blocker was resolved after Captain connected the repository. A fresh push triggered a successful Cloudflare build, and the live site reported the matching source commit without a manual deployment for that verification. The earlier blocked status is therefore superseded, not carried forward as an unresolved issue.
The project contact address uses forwarding to an existing verified destination. Routing and DNS were checked, but actual inbox delivery remains untested. Forwarding is not a standalone mailbox or an outbound email service. Captain accepted the current campaign appearance for now; further visual refinement remains a backlog item. Its accepted scope and publication evidence were also recorded in the cockpit specification.
Customer Frontends: Architecture First, Coding Last
Captain redirected the next phase to the customer experience before staff dashboards or driver interfaces. The proposed channels include responsive web, native iOS and Android, and WeChat mini programs. Platform staff and tenant staff require separate interfaces; they are not merely two menu states in a single shared dashboard.
Tenant storefront templates cover MALL, SHIPPING, STOCKER and LOCAL DELIVERY. A tenant may combine activated services in one application, separate them into distinct applications, or use a mixed arrangement. noGap supplies templates; tenants host their frontend code on their own servers or accounts. Shared identity does not imply shared profiles, duplicate entitlements or tenant ownership of credentials.
Customization follows a component hierarchy: page, group, card and internal elements. Configurable presentation includes layout, typography, colors, spacing, responsive overrides and promotional decoration. Protected transaction flows are not arbitrary page-builder blocks, and the interface must not fabricate availability, eligibility or prices. A selected service location can differ from the shopper’s physical location and does not rewrite existing order addresses.
The consolidated storefront specification was followed by thirteen individual bilingual component specifications, each with a focused visual draft. They cover navigation, discovery and service-entry patterns alongside the location indicator. The latest publication receipt records 99 passing tests, translation and build checks, a foreign-key-enabled replay of 107 migrations, 52 generated-layout checks and live access-protection probes.
These checks validate the documentation publication. New pictures remain review drafts, not approved production UI. Some internal components, product-detail states and shared account/payment visuals remain pending. Authenticated live rendering has not been independently verified. APP STUDIO remains a working proposal with detailed contracts still to be designed; customer-facing schedule and capacity contracts also retain explicit gaps.
Operations and Other Departments
GasBuddy’s latest recorded hourly capture and verification attempt, at 18:00 on September 17, failed because the local PostgreSQL socket was unavailable. Freshness could not be checked. The daily email attempt separately reported successful report generation but failed to send because mail authorization had expired or been revoked. A generated report is not proof of fresh observations or delivered mail.
A visible lane notification also reports that the daily drivers-and-market-events automation was auto-disabled after ten consecutive failures. This closeout did not repair the database, renew authorization or re-enable that automation. Recovery requires fresh evidence at each boundary rather than a blanket declaration that reporting is restored.
Engineering Panel’s Chrome preview remains at its prior operator-acceptance boundary: the helper responded, but successful pairing, sign-in and a real model turn remain unconfirmed in the reviewed evidence. Pull requests and CI/CD controls remain deferred. That boundary is separate from the campaign’s verified automatic publishing.
No new substantive delivery was established for the reviewed Genius Console and production-operations records, No Book, H Dashboard, noQuirk/RasterDock, Fleet Butler, website, cashier-preview, board-support or legacy implementation lanes. Their earlier unresolved acceptance steps remain intact. The Writer lane is awaiting a written response and retaining supporting correspondence; personal details are excluded from this public journal. French and Brain Inbox have no fresh visible evidence. Limited visibility is acknowledged rather than converted into a claim that no work occurred anywhere else.
Chief of Staff Handoff
- noGap: resume with MALL Discovery—search, filters, sorting, categories and store pages. Continue separate bilingual specifications and focused prototypes. Architecture first; coding last.
- Campaign: retain the verified automatic deployment; carry forward inbox-delivery testing and deferred visual refinements.
- Engineering Panel: complete operator pairing and sign-in, then verify an actual local inspection/edit session.
- GasBuddy: restore database availability, renew mail authorization securely, verify fresh capture and delivery, then assess re-enabling the failed automation.
- Other departments: preserve existing checkpoints and private follow-ups. No new reminders, production changes or overnight work were initiated by this wrap.
Elias the Chief closes the period with a published design baseline, a working campaign delivery path and explicit operational gaps. The next session can begin from those facts without mistaking prototypes for applications or successful builds for successful operations.
